There are many meditations and visualizations for spiritual protection  this one from Paul Kater ( used with permission)    is fairly typical.
Protective Sphere

 A powerful protection against Psychic intrusions

In most cases we do not need very much protection from negative forces as we raise our vibrations we automatically protect ourselves but this very Handy Protective visualization is quite effective.
 If you are very susceptible to the powers around us. It would be a good thing for you to create a protective sphere around you.
Sit down where you are at peace and focus on your inner center. Some experience this as their heart of their soul, some see this as a light inside them.
 When you have that focus, make a bubble appear from that center. Be it a soap like bubble, a silver one, a radiating light bubble, that does not matter. Make it a strong one though, one that is resistant against poking through it from the outside.
 Now let the bubble grow, make it as large as you can, until it is all around you. Make sure you can stretch both your arms inside without touching the sides. At least 1 foot of space between your fingertips and the side of the sphere.
 At this point, make the outside of the sphere silver colored. Plain silver. No gold, no things pointing out.
You are just there inside the sphere that is silver on the outside. Then tell the silver shielding that it has to ward off the spirits and forces unless you invite them inside your sphere.
 Meditate on this sphere for at least 5 minutes. See it with your inner eye, make sure it is solid around you. People cannot destroy it, they cannot see it, it is in your own dimension.
 Also know that the sphere will be around you when you walk. it is a foot beneath your feet, a foot over your head head. It is your private sphere.
 A few times a day, in the beginning a few times an hour, close your eyes and inspect your sphere. Make it yours, make it strong. And make sure also the outside is still there, silver and shining, and warding off the unwanted. you can make the shielding bounce off all unwanted things, you can tell it to let through the warm love of the ones you love and that love you. And of your Solar angel and spiritual energies that are in your highest good.
