Color field for  color healing, chakra tuneups,  rainbow healing and meditations. You can scroll through the colors or focus on one or more of your choice, or use them as a reference for color healing, color meditations  and chakra work. This image  begins with white and the rose of unconditional love and goes through the spectrum from  violet through red and back to rose and white to work  from  red up through violet   or root to crown chakra.
For art students   colors next to each other are harmonious and will work well together in designs.
 jump down here to scroll up   Traditionally you would simply gaze on the image for a while focusing on the color you are most drawn too and/or the color you dislike most .  Allow  the colored light to wash over you.   Scrolling up and down swiftly for a minute or two will duplicate the color healing flash technique  which is used for releasing blockages  in the energy body.   The pattern repeats several times.
