Meditation -Balancing Fire and Water

It is vital to  always balance fire with water in meditations, for some reason in some recent  traditions the water element has been lost or downplayed but for optimum wellness on all planes  the elements need to be balanced.
When you do a fire meditation, candle gazing or other fire meditation you shouls also do a water meditation  sometime during the next few days . 

This does not  mean that you must do one then the other in lockstep it is just that  as you practice for spiritual development you are striving for balance and harmony not unbalanced raw power.

When more of humanity consciously embraces water as well as fire many of the conflicts and disharmonies of life in this realm could resolve themselves more easily.  Yin and Yang and/or MyoHo are not opposites they are components of a whole.

People live on a planet that is two thirds water and have  bodies that are primarily composed of water. We are pretty stubborn about ignoring both our physical dependence on water and  the spiritual qualities flexibility, endurance, transformative miracles etc. of the water element.

 We have focused more on the Fire element in our lives. Most of us do need more of the positive energies of water in our lives and planet.  Which is not to say abandon fire as too much water can be  soggy and depressing and wishy washy  as energy.

 Seek wholeness and balance in fire, water, Earth, Air and "Spirit " that unnamable essence that  permeates all and is the fifth element.  Making a practice of consciously balancing the elements daily as part of a daily tune up can make a profound difference in our personal sense of wholeness and practical functioning
When I discard the practice  of simply intending to balance and harmonize each element  for a few days  I and others do notice the difference.
Many people invoke angels or specific deva to balance their elements there seem to be practices for this in most energy and spiritual traditions and some systems actually have attunements for this too.
