HO O PONO PONO


 Ho-O-pono-pono is a real important part of Huna practice and rather more complicated than this explanation also simpler.

 HO O PONO PONO harmony, justice, making things right, sometimes Ho oponopono is translated as family therapy. Energy clearing, resolving disputes, internal healing and resolution of conflicts, aligning yourself with IAO (that that is, Source etc. )The most well known form of Ho O pono Pono is a kind of family or community counsel or therapeutic process where  problems are worked out  and grievances are resolved  via negotiation.  Many people have commented that it is very like Transactional Analysis or other group therapy and negotiation forms though it has a Spiritual element. Ho- O pono pono   also refers to balancing and making right internal conflicts and correcting wrongs that a person may have done to others.  This  is the true secret of  healing and of enlightenment

  I use a less common  energy work form as a  part of my personal  Ho-o pono pono practice.   Running a dedicated energy frequency   daily and find it to be a wonderful and powerful healer and spiritual evolution accelerator.    I do not generally use or facillitate the most  well known  Therapy  prayer form  of Ho O pono pono.

 Shakti is a word use as a generic term for any dedicated Energy frequency stream.  I  use a Ho-o-pono-pono shakti daily.  The techniques of Ho opono pono given in the above referenced blog  are highly effective with or without the shakti. It had not occurred to me to use it for clearing crystals until someone else mentioned doing it I have a crystal clearing shakti I use for that but I just tried the ho opono pono shakti on the rocks I have around the computer and they just loved it .

 I would love to know any ways you learned to work with or for ho o pono pono. Technique not being important as intention and motive many different practices have developed around Pono.
